DEC. 1-4

DEC. 1-4

NOTE: If you are looking for homework, it is listed week by week, at the bottom of the weekly post. I need to remove the Homework search option to the right as it is blocked by our school filters. Sorry if this has caused any confusion! The homework option will be removed later today when I can get to a non-school computer.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It is hard to believe that December is here. The year is flying by!

Over the next few weeks, we will continue to review addition and subtraction strategies, as well as concepts in data analysis and probability. We are starting a new unit in Math where we will be working on multiplication and division. Keep practicing those basic facts!

In Science, we are wrapping up our weather projects and continuing to learn about weather forecasting. We will be spending time on the site BrainPop and BrainPop Jr. I was introduced to this resource by Mrs. Conrad and Mrs. McCormick during our teacher inservice day. This is a wonderful site and I can't wait for the students to use it!
