At the beginning of September, a spelling assessment was administered. Based on this information, I have created weekly lessons and word lists. Each day I meet with a different word work small group. We discuss a rule or spelling pattern, and they leave with a list pf words and practice packet. The packets are completed in homeroom in the mornings and are due the following week. There will also be a quick quiz when we meet.
This week the groups will focus on the rule for making words plural.
